M1cuci Platform Terms and Conditions of Use

Welcome to m1cuci. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and m1cuci ("Platform", "We"). By registering an account, accessing, browsing or using any part of the m1cuci platform — whether via the website, iOS or Android mobile app, or any other device — you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you should immediately stop using the m1cuci platform and close your account if applicable. Continued use following any amendment to the terms will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.

To register and use m1cuci services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Legal Capacity: You have full legal capacity to enter into and execute binding agreements.

• Technical Disruptions: Any attempt to interfere with, damage or gain unauthorised access to platform systems

Violating any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to the relevant authorities under applicable Malaysian law.

M1cuci reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• Member violates any terms and conditions set out in this document
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity has been detected on the account
• Member fails to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe
• M1cuci has been directed to do so by the relevant authorities
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the m1cuci customer support team. Prior to closure, all wagering requirements tied to active bonuses must be fulfilled, or those bonuses will be forfeited. Any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once all security checks are completed.

M1cuci's maximum liability to any member, under any circumstances, is limited to the total net deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.
